Today we had a wonderful day working on Bella. Freddie and his friend Andy worked on the step to try to fix it for us. After an hour of banging and bending metal this way and that way, they finally fixed it. Hooray for them, we now have our step back!
Bernie decided to try to get some more moose remains off the underside of Bella, because we can still smell moose when the engine is hot. She still couldn’t get all of it off.
Freddy and Andy are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and very knowledgable. They taught Bernie some important things to do for Bella’s maintenance. They were so helpful and kind to us. They made us feel very welcome.
When all the work was finished we said goodbye to our new friends and headed for Salem, NH. On our way we got to do some errands and we checked online to locate a RedBox.
We went to the grocery store Shaws to get the RedBox movies because we had promotional codes for two free movies. The manager at Shaws gave us permission to park overnight in their parking lot, which will make it easier to return the movies in the morning. Tonight we watched ‘The Air That I Breathe’ and ‘Then She Found Me’.
