Lazy Sunday

When we got up we headed into Elle's for coffee. We don’t usually have breakfast but Elle was cooking. For brunch she made us homemade buttermilk biscuits, bacon, eggs, and fresh squeezed orange juice. We had a great time visiting while she cooked.

Then Bernie looked up the local Catholic Church and she went to Mass. She said everyone was very friendly there and she loved the music.

Meanwhile Mar worked on the laundry. Thanks to Elle's basement laundry, we were able to get all of our laundry done.

In the evening, Elle started dinner. It seems that Elle likes to cook for us and we like people who like to cook for us. Once again she made an amazing dinner on the grill and we could hardly stop eating. After dinner we enjoyed the rest of the peach cobbler with coffee, and played cards till the wee hours of the morning.
