We are free to go

At 9:00 am Tom, the Camping World manager, knocked on our door to wake us up. We wondered if they had to draw straws to see who was brave enough to do such a thing. We went back to the customer lounge, with our pillows, blankets, computers and books … we hoped we’d only be there a couple of hours today since Matt said that’s how long he needed to finish up.

Tom surprised us a little later. He brought us coffee and donuts from Dunkin Donuts. That was very nice of him and we greatly appreciated it.

What we thought would only take a couple of hours ended up taking almost all day. Finally at about 4:00 pm Matt came to get us. He said he was done and we went with him out to our rv where he explained the new system to us.

We now have two 6-volt golf cart batteries and a 2000-watt inverter. We couldn’t wait to test it out. The 2000w was more than we wanted but it did everything else we wanted so we went with it.

It was about 4:30 pm when we finally got on the road. We were so happy to be back on the road.

We are headed to NY next so we drove through PA where we spent the night.
